This duplication method works by abusing a desync in how DayZ handles hand and inventory state changes.
🛠️ How It Works:
Hold an item in your hands
Drop a item from your inventory
Pick the duped item up into your inventory
Relog
After logging back in, you will often have both items — one in your hands and one in inventory.
