Hyper-V or Virtualization-Based Security (VBS) is still enabled
→ Make sure you've followed the steps in the Hyper-V & VBS section of this GitBook to fully disable them.
Windows Defender or third-party antivirus is removing the file
→ This includes real-time protection, cloud protection, or any other active scanning features.
